How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage regulatory audits, exams, and compliance projects
• Conduct risk assessments and mock audits
• Maintain expert knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Interface with regulators and senior leadership
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree + 6 years healthcare compliance experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Experience managing audits or accreditation processes
• Strong project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) or professional certification
• Experience in managed care compliance
• Familiarity with Florida-specific regulations
• Background in ethics or privacy compliance
