Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Associate to evaluate and execute infrastructure investments in the energy sector, including renewables and midstream assets. The role requires financial modeling expertise and 24 months of relevant experience.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities in energy infrastructure
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence processes
- Develop and analyze complex financial models
- Manage third-party advisors and financing arrangements
- Support negotiation of commercial and legal contracts
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Monitor and support portfolio companies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 24+ months experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities
- Knowledge of energy sector dynamics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $185,000 plus annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including unlimited PTO, health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model requiring 4 days/week in our New York office at 50 Hudson Yards.
