About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our field enablement programs globally. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that enable our field teams to effectively sell and support GitLab solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field enablement programs aligned with our overall business strategy
- Manage and track program performance and budget
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality enablement content
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and address enablement gaps
- Measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs and make data-driven improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in field enablement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology company
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sales enablement technologies and methodologies is a plus
